Your first visit to Las Cruces Dental establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you.  It is important for us to know your medical and dental history, so we ask that you print out the forms listed below and bring them with you to your first appointment.   

Initial Oral Examination
Your initial oral examination with one of our doctors includes a visual examination, charting, oral cancer exam, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.  You will be working with one of our hygienists who will be cleaning your teeth and taking any necessary x-rays. 

What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. We look forward to meeting you.
